The Parent Portal in ProgramSekolah: Track Your Child's Progress

The Parent Portal is a ProgramSekolah feature that gives parents dedicated access to track their child's progress anytime, anywhere, through the Android app or a browser.

Information Parents Can View

• Grades & Report Cards — daily grades, midterm and final exam scores, and report cards per semester
• Attendance — a daily attendance recap, including the specific dates of any absence
• Bills & Payments — monthly tuition fee (SPP) status, unpaid bills, and payment history
• Class Schedule — the child's daily schedule based on their class
• School Announcements — the latest school updates delivered straight to notifications
• Teacher Communication — direct messages from the homeroom teacher

Important Notifications for Parents

Parents receive automatic WhatsApp notifications for:

• The child being absent without notice
• New bills or bills approaching their due date
• Semester report cards being published
• Important announcements from the school

How to Activate a Parent Account

School admins can bulk-generate parent accounts from the Student Data → Bulk Generate Parent Accounts menu. Usernames and passwords are sent automatically to the registered parent phone number.
