Salary Components Managed

• Base Salary — based on pay grade or contract agreement
• Allowances — attendance, position, transport, and meal allowances
• BPJS Deductions — health and employment social security calculated automatically
• PPh 21 — income tax calculated according to the applicable bracket
• Other deductions — cash advances, cooperative dues, installments

Monthly Payroll Workflow

1. Teacher attendance data is pulled automatically from the Teacher Attendance module
2. The system calculates attendance allowances based on that data
3. Review and adjust salary components if there are any changes
4. Generate pay slips — the system calculates every component automatically
5. Payroll approved by the principal or treasurer
6. Digital pay slips are sent to each teacher's portal account

Payroll Reports

Generate monthly salary recap reports, BPJS reports for the bank, and an annual PPh 21 recap (Form 1721-A1) in Excel or PDF format.
