Digital Report Cards in ProgramSekolah: Grade Entry to Automatic Printing

The Digital Report Card menu in ProgramSekolah simplifies the process of grading and issuing student report cards. Teachers enter grades directly from any device, report cards are compiled automatically, and parents can access them in real time.

Grading-to-Report-Card Workflow

1. The teacher opens the Grading menu and enters daily, midterm, and final exam grades for each student
2. The system automatically calculates the average based on the assigned weighting
3. The homeroom teacher adds behavior scores, narrative notes, and an attendance summary
4. The principal validates and digitally signs the report card
5. The report card is issued — immediately available on the parent portal
6. A WhatsApp notification is sent to parents letting them know the report card is ready to view

Curriculum Support

ProgramSekolah supports the following report card formats:

• Kurikulum Merdeka (Indonesia's Independent Curriculum) — a competency-based assessment format with achievement descriptions
• Kurikulum K13 (Indonesia's 2013 Curriculum) — a format covering knowledge, skills, and attitude scores

Report Card Printing

Report cards can be printed as PDFs with the school's official layout (logo, principal's signature). Parents can also download their own copies from the portal.
