CBT (Computer Based Test): Digital Student Exams with ProgramSekolah

The CBT (Computer Based Test) feature in ProgramSekolah lets schools run digital exams online — from writing questions, to administering the exam, to scores coming out automatically.

The Digital Exam (CBT) Workflow

1. Build a Question Bank — teachers enter multiple-choice, true/false, or essay questions into the question bank
2. Create an Exam Package — select questions from the bank, set the duration, and randomize question/answer order
3. Schedule the Exam — set the date, start time, and participating classes
4. Monitor the Exam — track student progress in real time from the Exam Monitoring menu
5. Automatic Scoring — multiple-choice scores appear immediately after a student submits
6. Results Report — a recap of every student's score is available right after the exam

Anti-Cheating Features

• Questions are shuffled differently for each student
• Answer options are shuffled per question
• Tab-switching detection — the system logs when a student switches to another tab
• Access code — the exam can only be accessed with a code shared by the teacher
• Strict time limit — the exam is submitted automatically when time runs out

Real-Time Exam Monitoring

The Exam Monitoring menu shows a dashboard indicating how many students have finished, are currently working, and have not yet joined the exam, in real time.
