Government Reporting (Dapodik / EMIS)

Indonesian schools are required to report core data — student biodata, enrollment, teacher records — into government systems such as Dapodik (Ministry of Education) and, for Islamic schools, EMIS (Ministry of Religious Affairs). ProgramSekolah does not replace these government portals — no third-party system legally can — but it's built to make feeding them easier:

• Student and teacher master data can be exported to Excel/CSV in a format matched to Dapodik/EMIS field structures, cutting down re-typing during reporting periods.
• Because attendance, grades, and enrollment already live in one clean digital system rather than scattered files, pulling together what Dapodik/EMIS operators need is faster and less error-prone than assembling it from paper records.

Communication Channels You Already Use

Rather than asking parents to learn a new communication tool, ProgramSekolah pushes notifications, bills, and grade updates to WhatsApp — the channel Indonesian parents already check daily — alongside the in-app parent portal.

Payments

Tuition (SPP) payments can be connected to a Virtual Account payment gateway, so parents can pay via bank transfer, e-wallet, or minimarket the same way they already pay other bills, without the school having to manually reconcile cash or transfer proof.

Moving From Your Current System

If your school currently keeps records in Excel or another platform, our onboarding team assists with migrating existing student, teacher, and academic history data during setup — this is included as part of getting started, not a separate paid service, so switching doesn't mean starting from a blank slate.
