The Academic Calendar module in ProgramSekolah is the central planning hub for school activities throughout the academic year. From national holidays and exams to extracurricular activities — everything is recorded and synchronized.

Types of Events in the Academic Calendar

• National and religious holidays — a national template is already provided
• School breaks — semester break, mid-semester break
• Exams — midterms, final exams, practical exams, school exams
• School events — class meetings, talent shows, study tours, graduation
• Meetings — parent meetings, staff meetings, committee meetings

Integration with Other Modules

The academic calendar is integrated with the Class Timetable module (holidays are automatically skipped), the Attendance module (holidays are not counted as absences), and the Parent Portal (parents can view the activity schedule).

Notifications for Upcoming Events

Teachers, students, and parents receive automatic notifications three days before important events such as exams or parent meetings.
