The Classes & Rombel menu in ProgramSekolah is used to organize students into classes and learning groups (rombel) by grade level and major/track.

What Is a Learning Group (Rombel)?

A learning group (rombongan belajar, or rombel) is a group of students who study together in one class. In ProgramSekolah, rombel are created per academic year, so each cohort's history is kept neatly organized.

How to Create a New Class

  1. Go to the Classes & Rombel menu in the sidebar
  2. Click the Add Class button
  3. Enter the class name (e.g., X Science 1), grade level, and maximum capacity
  4. Select a Homeroom Teacher from the list of available teachers
  5. Save โ€” the class is ready to use

Assigning Students to Classes

Students can be assigned to a class individually or in bulk. The automatic grade-promotion feature moves all students up to the next grade level at the start of a new academic year.
