The Teacher Data menu in ProgramSekolah is the central hub for managing information on all your school's teaching and education staff. All data is integrated with schedules, attendance, and payroll.

What Information Is Managed in Teacher Data

• Complete personal records — employee/national ID number, name, teacher registration number (NUPTK), place/date of birth, address, phone number
• Employment details — status (civil servant/contract teacher/honorary), rank, years of service, subjects taught
• Emergency contact — name and contact number of a family member
• Digital documents — diplomas, teaching certificates, appointment letters
• Login account — for accessing the teacher portal

Integration with Other Modules

Teaching Schedule

Teacher data connects directly to the Lesson Schedule. The system prevents scheduling conflicts and automatically displays each teacher's teaching load.

Teacher Attendance

Monthly teacher attendance summaries are available in the Teacher Attendance menu, automatically linked to allowance calculations in the Payroll module.

Payroll

Base salary, allowances, and deductions for teachers are managed in the Payroll menu, referencing data from each teacher's profile.
