The Certificates & Diplomas menu in ProgramSekolah makes it easy for schools to create and print students' formal documents digitally, using customizable templates.

Types of Documents You Can Create

• Graduation Diploma — an official student graduation document with data filled in automatically from the system
• Extracurricular Certificate — a certificate of participation or achievement in extracurricular activities
• Award Certificate — for high-achieving students, class winners, competition winners
• Certificate of Graduation Status (SKL) — issued before the official diploma is released

How to Create Certificates in Bulk

1. Choose a certificate template or upload your own design
2. Define the variables that fill in automatically: student name, class, year
3. Select the list of recipient students
4. Generate — the system creates an individual certificate for each student
5. Preview and print, or send the PDF to the student portal
